Hi-speed Spectrum internet, AllClad cookware, electric range, microwave, coffee maker, charcoal BBQ, and tons of places to hike. Apple TV with Criterion Collection pre-loaded and a Bose Bluetooth soundbar. When the weather warms up there are 2 kayaks for the lake and tennis courts nearby as well. Close to supermarkets in Pittsfield MA & Chatham NY. The house is decorated with vintage furniture sourced from the area. The kitchen and living area have a vaulted ceiling and the kitchen has new appliances and a charcoal grill on the deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with Henckel knives and All-Clad pots & pans for the induction range. Dine out on the huge deck or the screened-in porch. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The house is on a dead-end lane that is perfect for kids to ride their bikes back and forth on. The private beach and swimming area you see in the photos is a 5-minute walk from the house. You'll also have use of 2 kayaks (paddles and life vests included). We are just down the road on the weekends and are always available by phone and text. This is a very quiet area surrounded by families. The small lanes are private with little traffic so the kids can safely ride their bikes. There is also a large grass common with volleyball and basketball courts. The Amtrak station in Hudson is about 40 minutes away and Pittsfield about 25 minutes away. **The Association has rules that must be followed by all guests. ** The big grocery stores are 20 minutes either to the east in Pittsfield, MA or west in Chatham, NY. There's also a big store at Route 55 on the Taconic, and Whole Foods in Yonkers in the Ridge Hill shopping mall.
