Parking for 4 cars in front of the guest house. House is about 36 sq.M. Private bedroom with Queen Bed + living area that has two single beds, kitchen, washing machine, range, oven, refrigerator, cable TV, WiFi & microwave. Guests who rent the guest house have access to the swimming pool of the principal house and deck with table and benches for dining. Casita also has an eating table. Property is maintained daily by a caretaker who lives 200 meters away who is on call 24/7. 10-minute drive to Cobano for shopping - 20 minutes to Montezuma- 30 minutes driving to Santa Teresa. Very quiet residential area short walk to the beach. House is situated adjacent to Tango Mar Resort's golf course, with trees and shrubs that offer complete privacy for guests. Guest House provides parking for up to 4 cars.
