This is a 1,000 sq ft 2-bedroom basement suite fully furnished. It was thoughtfully designed and sustainably built with Professionals, family, friends and visiting hockey teams in mind. You have a private entrance from back yard with alley access. Fully equipped kitchen. Main bedroom 11x11’ has a queen bed. The second bedroom 11x9’ has a bunk bed with twin and double mattress. First few nights consumables supplied. Price based on 3-person occupancy. Additional guests $20 per night. Basement suite with a separate, dedicated entrance (*please note staircase to basement is not finished, and there is trim/baseboard work to be completed in suite*). The staircase is steep and not recommended for those with mobility issues. While the basement does have a subfloor and new insulation it’s still a basement and will be cooler. 1 Parking space in the backyard (alley access) with partially fenced yard. Addtl parking on street. Large 5x2 ft windows in the living space and each bedroom. Cable TV and Wifi included. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals (pots, pans, dishes and silverware, etc.) with stainless steel gas range, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keureg, and kettle. Bathroom: 3-piece bath with shower and large/deep tub. Includes towels, hand soap and toilet paper. Bedrooms: Includes pillows, bed sheets, and blankets. Closets with clothes hangers. Laundry: Dedicated/private laundry area with full size washer and gas dryer. Note: There is no backyard deck, furniture or BBQ. If you’re staying long term feel free to bring your own lawn chair and portable BBQ! Guests have the entire 2-bdrm basement suite to themselves. Private entrance. There is a small 10'x10' dog kennel in the yard for your pets (renters must clean up all pet messes). Very minimal interaction with guests. Call or text if you need anything. There are two playgrounds within 1 block. There is an offleash dog park 5 minutes away (small and large dog areas) Save on Foods, Beer Hunter Pub, Booster Juice, Carls Jr, Fat Burger, Subway, Mucho Burrito and Movie Theatre are a couple blocks away (10min walk).
