Quiet, cosy, double room in spacious house

The house is approx. 12-15 mins walk from suburban mainline station to London. It's cosy, comfortable, with limited traffic noise. The bed is comfy and is low to the ground. There's parking on the drive or road outside (no CPZ). The bathroom is shared with the owner. There's outside space for dining, weather permitting. It's a good place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Two nearby stations serve overground stations London Victoria, London Bridge, Gatwick and Brighton. Your room is part of a light, spacious home, with a shared family bathroom. Due to Covid-19 the kitchen can be used, providing sensible precautions are observed. Hand sanitiser, paper towels are available for your use. Access to family bathroom, garden (weather permitting) and your own private guest bedroom, where there is desk space with one chair. Rooms that are not available to Airbnb guests will have closed or locked doors. Due to Covid-19 a key will be arranged for you to pick up on arrival, once your booking is confirmed. Check in will be conducted at the appropriate distance. We are more than happy to you about what's available in the local area, regarding transport to London or nearby amenities, shopping, pubs and restaurants. If you need anything or have a question, just ask. It's a quiet, pretty area and yet a relatively easy distance to central London and with good access to major roads, such as the A23 and M23/M25 motorways. Roads on bus routs are a 5-10 min walk from the house. From here, you can access tram and train connections. Or two London suburban stations are around a 12 minute walk away. The guest bedroom / house is strictly non-smoking. There will be a 24 to 48-hour gap between bookings for the purpose of cleaning, sanitising the room and other areas.
