Bavarian Country Home with a View

We would love to welcome you to our country house located in Kranzberg, Bavaria. The house has 3 bedrooms, a small library, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, terrace, garden and private bar. The eclectic home is a great stay for families both big and small, cyclists, or those simply looking to adopt a country lifestyle. The house is about a 20 min drive from the airport, 35 min drive to Munich, and a ten minute walk into town. The eclectic country house is decorated with old Bavarian treasures like cedar and oak furniture, beer mug collections, and a variety of German and English books. The living room is south facing and has a great view of the fields. On some days guests can view the majestic German Alps. If you're looking to relax, choose a book to your liking or hang out in the private cedar Bavarian bar where you can find a collection of beer mugs. Some rooms in the basement are not available to guests. Kranzberg, part of the Freising municipality, is a neighborhood nestled in the rolling farm hills and surrounded by dense woods. In minutes you can access several trails that take you to different nearby villages. Pick up all your dinner ingredients in town at the local bakery, grocery store and butcher. There you can find regional produce, fresh baked goods and local, sustainable meats. About ten minutes away (walking) you can access the local bus stops that take you into Freising where you can access all regional and city lines. These lines take you to Munich or other surrounding cities. The bus comes a few times a day. It is best to check the MVV website for logistical details.
