Single room convenient for town centre&the airport

I have a degree of flexibility with check in time,due to my job, so please ask! My flat is small but lovely ( I am slightly biased) It is 1 1/2 miles from the station,with regular trains to Waterloo,&only 5 mins from the M3. There are 3 pubs,1 restaurant& a supermarket all within easy walking distance. Guests have full sole use of a single room with a single bed,hanging& drawer space.The shared bathroom has a walk in shower and you are welcome to use the kitchen to cook or make tea/coffee My flat is one of 4 in a small block set back from the road with a car park. The room offered overlooks the communal garden at the back. Guests may use the kitchen,which is well equipped, to prepare meals or make hot drinks - I drink tea, white with 2 sugars 😉 Please feel free to join me in the living room to watch tv. I am happy to answer any questions and help however I can. I may be able to offer lifts to or from the station. Sarsens Stones pub, a Brewers Fayre, The Plough And Horses pub and the lovely Crab&Anchor restaurant are all within walking distance. There is also a Morrisons supermarket which has a petrol station within 5 minutes drive. Only 5 minutes from junction 4A on the M3 Only a mile and a half from Farnborough mainline station with regular fast trains to London Waterloo If bringing a car please park considerately as it is a communal car park for all 4 flats
