If you're looking for a homey stay then you're at the right place. This well maintained cottage has some original characteristics such as storm windows & different carpet throughout with many modern updates. Walking distance to the beach & other amenities. Small dog friendly w/pet fee. Max of 2 dogs. 15lbs & under. No cats! There is always something to do or see no matter what season it is!! This 3 bedroom 1000 square foot cottage has WiFi and a work station area for those who are working remotely. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with an additional work space. The second bedroom has a single over double bunkbed and the third bedroom has a single bed with two big windows for lots of natural daylight. There is a wood burning fireplace located in the Livingroom with a huge picture window. There are 2 decks, 1 in the front and 1 in back. There is an outdoor fire pit as well with lots of pre-cut fire wood too. Extra linens and pillows are provided. Laundry is located in the bathroom. Guests' have access to everything except crawl space located under the house. We are available by a quick text or phone call. Regina Beach a caring, friendly and supportive community. Grocery store and Golf course you will need a vehicle to get to safely... **IMPORTANT NOTES** -We run on a septic tank. Please conserve water. If the toilet won't flush it is more than likely full. If it is yellow let it mellow, if it is brown flush it down! Please inform us right away so we can get it rectified... -Please remove shoes when entering -Guests are expected to leave the cottage tidy without debris and messes -Please remove dirty linens from beds and place in laundry room before check out -If you break something please inform us so we can fix or replace for the next guest staying -Please discard garbage in a big black plastic bag & place in the black bin located at the front of property. No loose debris. Pick up is every Tuesday. Max 3 bags/week -Recycle bin for bottles located out on front deck beside front door. Container looks like miniature house.. -Small dogs only, 15lbs & under. Max of 2 dogs. No cats allowed.
