Elm Tree Farm’s luxury self catering cottages, located close to Silverstone and Oxford are furnished with contemporary but comfortable furniture, top quality soft furnishings (all bedding and towels are included in your stay), under floor heating, Smart TVs, free Wi-Fi and Apple TVs to connect your iPad or iPhone. Cots and high chairs are also available at no extra cost. Sunrise Cottages' spacious bedroom has 3ft twin beds that can be combined to make a 6ft super king, a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The large, contemporary wet room is accessible from both the bedroom and the open-plan living area. The shower area is wide enough to wheel in, if required. The living area is fitted with a contemporary kitchen, including oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine and low level breakfast bar, a two seater sofa bed (to sleep 1 additional guest). Sunrise Cottage enjoys a private patio area, with views overlooking one of the farms’ fields, often occupied by our lambs.
