Cot and highchair available upon request. ✔ Free on road parking available. ✔ Fully equipped kitchen ✔ Free Wi-Fi Stylishly decorated and furnished House.The property has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 singles, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom with an outside patio area for al fresco dining and socialising. All rooms have T.Vs, usb sockets hairdryers etc. Free Wifi Guests have access to the whole of the property. Keys will be left in a keybox at the rear of the house. Codes for the keyboxes and rooms will be made available upon booking. Although we may not be there to greet you, we are just a phone call away if you need help with anything. King Edward Road is a quiet residential neighbourhood. It`s a no through road and traffic is minimal. There is a local shop and a pub, (The Cherry Tree) 300 yards away. Abbeycroft leisure centre is a 5 minute walk away. Facilities include tennis and squash courts and a 25 metre swimming pool. Tesco superstore is a five minute drive away on the outskirts of town. 10 minute walk from the town centre, where you will find the bus station and train station. Newmarket also offers excellent taxi services. For racegoers, as the racecourses are both a mile or so out of town, there is regular, free bus transportation to and from the racecourses on race-days. There is a leisure centre a 5 minute walk away from the property with facilities such as squash and tennis courts and a 25m swimming pool. Free on road parking is available on a first come first served basis. Parking is not permitted at the rear of the house as this is private parking only. No smoking except in patio area No parties No pets Please note that all rooms have key coded locks on bedroom doors. Self-serve breakfast is available. Tea, coffee, milk, a variety of cereals. Or make full use of the kitchen facilities and make yourself a full english! ( bacon, eggs etc not supplied ;-))
