Our cozy holiday home is located in a private residential complex determined by water. The 88sqm house was renovated and furnished in May 2020. "Frisian green" has 10 large sun panels on the roof and claims to have all of its energy from the sun next to the stove. The house is ideal for 4 vacationers (max 6 people). The almost 500sqm outdoor area with various dining areas, garden lounge, sauna (2 pers) and outdoor shower invites you to linger and relax. "Friesgroen" is also suitable for families with children. The site has no direct access to the water, so smaller children can play carefree in the garden. High chair, cot and changing table are available on request. A private parking space is located next to the house. Our garden shed offers bicycles and e-bikes a locked storage and charging facility. With the existing Sonos Soundbox you have access to many songs and playlists. The TV with Art Gallery offers our guests the opportunity to design their living area individually. In addition, the TV has access to its own Netflix account. The infrared heaters on the ceiling in the living / dining area provide quick and pleasant warmth. On cold days, guests rely on the fireplace. It is the heart and main source of heat in the house. Sufficient wood and firelighters will be provided to guests on arrival. Hier findest du im Sommer einen kleinen Supermarkt, kleine Cafés und Restaurants, sowie einen kleinen outdoor Fitneskomplex. Ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt legt im Sommer die Fahrradfähre Richtung Sneek an und ab. Nur 5 km entfert liegt der Ort Akkrum, in dem es weitere EInkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt.
