Pond Barn, Spacious Contemporary Barn Conversion

Spacious barn conversion with contemporary decor. Two double bedrooms, both en-suite. Master bedroom has a freestanding bath and is set up in the eaves of the barn, majority of the room is full height. There is a 1st floor dressing room with tv and a small double sofa bed. There is a decked area outside with seating overlooking a pond. We are situated in a village with a local shop 300 metres away. Diss is 2 miles, 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk along quiet lanes. A car is essential. Open plan living, dining area with downstairs utility room & cloakroom. Sky TV in lounge. Wood burner. Two good sized bedrooms both en-suite. A dressing room with a sofa-bed and television. Please note the attic bedroom does not have a window as it is set in the eaves and has glass panelling down into the dressing room. Double bedroom has a window looking down into the living area. See pictures. The bedrooms can get warm if the weather is hot and we provide cooling fans, there is no air conditioning. We have a good WIFI signal. There is a private entrance and outside decked area over looking a pond and paddocks. private parking. We live in a separate part of the barn and are on happy to assist if needed. We are 2 miles From Diss which is a pretty market town. Diss has shops, 3 supermarkets, leisure centre, pubs and restaurants. There are trains from Diss to Norwich, takes 25 mins. London is 1.5 hours by train. We also have a local shop selling homemade produce and newspapers, The heritage coast is under an hours drive away. Diss has a train station where you can get to Norwich, Ipswich, London. A car is necessary. We have horses in the paddocks next to the property so dogs would need to be on a lead. Small children need to be supervised because of the pond. We are happy for children to meet the horses but would like to be present to ensure they are safe.
