Grandma Matina's Cottage #2

Situated inside the village and 3 km from the beach, this old traditional Grandma's Cottage is ideal for relaxing holidays in Leonidio for two people. We look forward to welcoming you here! The house is 5 min walking distance from restaurants/coffee shops, the central market of the village and climbing spots. Grandma Matina's Cottage #2 is an independent apartment in the first floor of a traditional house. -The house is ideal for two-three people! -There is a fully equipped kitchen where guests can cook. -In the bedroom, there are two new comfortable mid-size beds and a big cupboard. There is an extra sofa-bed in case a third person wants to visit. -You can enjoy your coffee at the balcony of the house with a view of the Red Cliff. -We provide for our guests bed sheets and towels, hairdryer and iron, there is a washing machine, a coffee machine, a toaster, a fridge and a stove for cooking. -We welcome our guests with some basic stuff for breakfast like eggs, butter and marmalade. -Take notice that like all the old traditional houses of the area, the bathroom is directly outside on the balcony as shown in the pictures. -For Grandma Matina's Cottage #2, you have access to the first floor independent house and balcony. The entrance of the house is through the yard and is common with visitors from the ground floor, Grandma Matina's Cottage #1. -There is a private parking in front of the house. During your visit, we will be happy to help you regarding the activities available in Leonidio like hiking and climbing and provide information and tips about short excursions in the area. For any info we are always available via telephone and you can always find us at the central shop “Sentouki”. -The house is ideally situated in the heart of the village under the Red Rock. This picturesque neighborhood is surrounded by old traditional houses with families living around. -Please respect the resting hours, no noises between 22:00 p.m and 08:00 a.m. The house is 5 min walking from the central street, restaurants and supermarkets. For guest with a car, there is a private parking in front of the house. For guests without a car we can arrange to peak you up from the bus station and drive you to the house. Guests should provide upon arrival their passport as it is required from the Greek taxis system for short-term stays. All info will remain private and will not be used for any other purpose.
