charming little cottage between vendée and marais poitevin

You will be charmed by this warm little cottage, restored with natural materials (colored clay plaster, limestone floor, beech ceiling). You will enjoy a terrace with a view of the valley. Located at the end of a small hamlet, you will enjoy great tranquility, not overlooked. This cottage is composed of a large main room which includes a kitchen area, a living room with TV, DVD player, stereo, books and DVD, and a bedroom area, as well as a large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The toilets are separate. The cottage is adjoining our house. It is open towards the back, and therefore is independent. The cottage can be the starting point for many walks. Hiking maps will be available as well as documentation on the sites to visit and local events. Many festivals: game festival in Parthenay, ornithological festival in Ménigoute, Pougne Hérisson, music ... In the surroundings, you will find many activities .pescalis for fishermen, tree climbing, go-karting, Mazière golf in gatine, Mervent forest, Poitevin marshes, and a little further, futuroscpe, Puy du Fou, La Rochelle, the beaches of Vendée, the Chizé Zoo and others (Romanesque churches, typical villages ...). I have a weaving workshop that you can visit and discover my creations. Possibly courses can be organized.
