Luxury on a Budget Gold Room Solo/Single Traveller

It is more suitable for the solo traveller or older children with parents staying in The Platinum Room. My home is decorated to a very high standard with a boutique feel to the bedrooms. Fully stocked fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly refurbished and have massage jets to the showers. My home is your home. NO POST TO BE SENT TO MY ADDRESS. NO discount unless stated and NO cash payments. I provide tea/coffee and anything you need for breakfast should you wish to stay in your room and not come down to the kitchen and dining room. Fully stocked fridge in your room with juice, milk, butter, jams & marmalade. Microwave, Kettle & Toaster. Rooms cleaned daily unless occupied. Sky TV in all rooms including Sports channels. Fresh clean bed linen and towels provided along with toiletries if you forget to bring your own. Key locks on bedrooms. I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.  Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I am able to accommodate special needs as my son is on the Autistic Spectrum and now lives independently. Smoking permitted but only outside of the home. Lockable Safe in Every Room. You are welcome to use all the common areas of the property but I do ask you to respect the other resident and my bedroom. Gym also in walking distance if you wish to use it. Walking distance from local shops including Coop, Hairdresser, Chemist, Fish & Chips, Post Office and a pub. 1 mile to Writtle College and Uni and also 1.5 miles to Anglia Ruskin University. 2 mile to the town centre and 1 mile from country lanes. Stansted Airport is 30 mins by car. Broomfield Hospital is 20 mins on the bus. I am on a bus route in to Chelmsford town centre and train station. Takes 10 mins on the bus and 30 mins walking. Direct bus to Broomfield Hospital. Trains from Chelmsford go in to Westfield and London Liverpool Street regularly as per timetable and take 20 mins to London Liverpool Street. If you fancy some time at the coast, trains in the other direction run to Clacton on Sea and Norwich. I am also on the route for Broomfield Hospital. It takes about 20 minutes by bus. I do have a 16 year old cat, she does NOT go in the Air BnB bedrooms. She's pretty friendly but keeps herself to herself unless you entice her in as she thinks with her belly and not her head! She is fully wormed, vaccinated, flea treated and microchipped. Most guests don't even realise she is here.
