Waterpump Annex, in the quiet Suffolk countryside
Waterpump Annex, attached to our cottage, down a private track surrounded by fields. The Annex has its own outdoor space with sunset views over fields, 2 upstairs bedrooms, and a downstairs kitchen and bathroom. Surrounded by fields in a peaceful setting with direct access to footpaths & cycle routes. A 5 min stroll to the White Horse Inn (Sadly our village pub is temporarily closed) and 30mins drive to the coast. In the meadow we also have a CAMC motorhome site WaterpumpCL. Waterpump Annex is part of our beautiful 200+ year old timber framed cottage, once two separate cottages it is now our loved home with a private annex to be enjoyed by our guests. It benefits from its own entrance and outside space providing views to the south west across the fields with designated parking. The private annex comprises a hallway, downstairs shower room and kitchen with induction hob, microwave and fridge. The staircase leads to two bedrooms, one large double with a lounge area, smart TV, settee, table & chairs and one twin bedroom. The Annex and its outdoor seating area is for the exclusive use of our guests with designated parking. We would like you to be able to enjoy a secluded private stay so keys are available via a secure key box with instructions and information provided before arrival via email. We live in the attached cottage and both work locally so will not be about all the time, but as hosts we do hope to meet our guests during their stay as this is all part of the Air bnb experience, however this is left to your discretion. If you require any help or advice please contact us using the information provided on booking.
