My private loft apartment has a separate entrance, cathedral ceilings, spacious bath with tub and shower. Queen bed, wifi, and all the amenities. 40" HI-Def TV, all new appliances. ONE OR TWO OCCUPANTS ONLY. It is a light and airy private loft apartment. Hardwood floors, Persian rug, kitchenette, full bathroom, new queen size pillow top bed with fine linens and comforters. Full and complete use of private loft. Shared laundry in main house with advance notice. I am always available for questions but try to give my guests their full privacy. Close-in to Washington, DC but apart from the hustle and bustle of the city. The loft is walking distance to great parks and trails, and there are two grocery stores and many delicious restaurants within blocks of it. The loft is located within two blocks of multiple bus stops, with service to three nearby Metro stops. With free and abundant street parking, the loft and surrounding area are also easily accessible by car. Its location is very close to Regan National Airport which is accessible by Metro. Shuttles are available from Dulles Airport. The loft is a 10-minute drive from Washington, DC.
