Spacious & Private Country Garden Retreat

Beautiful country setting where you can relax and enjoy the lovely flower gadens -- or visit local tourist attractions. Located half-way between Springfield and Branson just off major highway. Apartment is in a walk-out basement, private entrance, keypad check-in, sleeps up to nine guests. Plenty of room to roam on these six acres. Walk-out basement apartment with 2 access/outlets (2 French doors). Large windows. Light and airy inside. Let the kids run and play outside. Plenty of room to roam. Sit on the wrap around patio and enjoy the great outdoors! Relax in a hammock. Roam through nature. Enjoy the gardens. Please note that I am a short drive off a major highway on a curvy narrow winding road. This is country living. If you are used to a neatly trimmed, tidy, insect free landscape environment, this space is not for you. There are occasional insects that get in the house in the Summer. Have even had a tree frog in the Fall, which was quite an experience for a group of young city gals, but they persevered and captured the wily creature and returned him to nature. My land is filled with wildflowers, tall natural grasses, wild black raspberries and blackberry brambles. I keep wasps as controlled as possible but you might see them around and about. I have outdoor cats. They are not real friendly, but you’re welcome to try to tame them if you can. I might even have one or two you can take home with you. Absolutely, no smoking nor vaping in the house. Ashtray is provided outside on the concrete patio table. Not always available for socializing (I enjoy traveling too!) but always available by text or phone. Located 2/10ths of a mile off road. Ten minutes to Ozark where you will find good eating, antique shopping, and a Walmart (of course). Worth the trip to eat breakfast or lunch at The Market House Cafe and Bake Shop located on the Ozark square. Rosie Jo's Cafe (2 stop lights from Walmart) is good eating any time of the day. Known for their home fried chicken! Lambert's home of the thrown rolls is about a 20 minute drive for lunch or dinner. Go early. Usually a waiting line! Parking available for two regular size vehicles at the bottom of the circle drive. Parking available for larger vehicles if needed. Circle Drive is assessable at the first right after coming down my private drive. Then take the right fork for the one-way circle drive and at the bottom of the circle, pull off onto the private parking area. Propane grill and eating area on wrap around concrete patio. Lots of seating areas for outdoor eating or that first cup of coffee as the sun comes up.
