A deceptively large, 1970's/Scandi inspired, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom detached house close to Shenfield, Billericay and Brentwood. Perfect for a temporary stay. Ground floor - fully equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining area's, plus sunken snug and conservatory and cloakroom toilet. First floor sleeps 8+ people (there is also a sofabed on ground floor) but please email me with your specific requirements. This is a comfortable and relaxing home from home blessed with a south facing garden. Ground floor includes large reception room, TV room (with surround sound), sunken snug, fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and conservatory overlooking a south facing rear patio and garden. The kitchen has gas hob, electric oven and extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also an additional washing machine in the carport area outside. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. Bedroom 1 is the largest, to the rear of the property accessed via a spiral staircase. and has a good sized en-suite shower room with sink/toilet. It is large enough to be configured as a triple room via an additional sofabed. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the house and is a large double room with a kingsize bed and plenty of storage. Bedroom 3 is in the middle of the house and has a small en-suite (shower & washbasin). Bedroom 4 is a small double room located at the front of the house and currently has bunk beds and an additional single slide out bed. This room has its own washbasin. There is also a family bathroom on the 1st floor with bath/shower/toilet/sink and an additional cloakroom toilet on the ground floor. Smart TV's throughout and good wifi connectivity. There are lots of DVD's, games and books for my guests to use during their stay. Bed linen and towels are provided. Property located in quiet cul-de-sac of 6 residential houses. Closest station is Shenfield which is a half hour walk or a 5 min drive or taxi ride which provides fast and regular trains into Stratford or Liverpool Street. Large carport and off street parking for x3 cars with additional free parking on the street. Parking for 3 cars on dirive and under car port. Additional free parking on the street outside. Guests can easily contact me with any questions during their stay. Hutton Country Park is only a 2 min walk away and the lovely Thorndon & South Weald Country Parks a short drive away. Also Hylands Park is a 10 min drive away.
