Master en-suite bedroom with super-king or twins, second double bedroom also en-suite, cellar with king size sofa-bed and table-football WiFi and FREE parking. Everything you need! Open Plan Sitting/Dining Room: sitting room with comfortable three and two seater sofas, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, log burning stove, side tables and lovely bay window. Dining space: with dining table and seating for six. Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker with top grill, four ring gas hob, extractor fan, freestanding fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and additional cupboard space. Adjoining Boot Room and Laundry Room with WC: with washer/dryer, WC, basin and cupboard space. Sleeps up to 6 with the below options Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with super-king OR twin single beds (please let us know your requirements at time of booking). Bedside tables, built-in wardrobes Ensuite Shower Room. Bedroom 2: Double bed, beside table and shelf, wall storage for clothes hanging and dressing table with drawers. Ensuite Shower Room. Cellar: King size sofa-bed, table-football and lots of space (spiral staircase a little narrow and not recommended for guests with mobility problems or small children) it is kept locked for guests to access if they choose. Outside: There is a small front garden with bistro seating for four. I provide a welcome pack to include things to get you started on your break with us - tea, coffee, milk, bread, juice, cereal, and wine. Information folder will include local places to visit and emergency contacts etc. You will find everything else you need for cleaning etc in the property. No.7 has a key safe and code will be given prior to your arrival. Families are very welcome at No.7, however the property does not have secure cupboards and detergents etc are stored at low level. Pets: One well behaved dog welcome, but not on furniture or upstairs (must sleep in boot room or laundry room only please). Please note the front garden is not secure so children and pets must always be supervised. Parking: Drop-off directly outside cottage. One parking permit for local zone supplied. I am very lucky to live in Bury St Edmunds so although I do not generally see you I am usually available for questions if needed.
