House"Karkonoska Chatka" room for 2

You are very welcome to our cosy house Karkonoska Chatka, we hope it will be a perfect holiday home for you and your family. Our house is located in a little village called Kostrzyca, between Mysłakowice and Kowary, on the main road 367 just 6km far from the holiday resort of Karpacz. We are ideally located for day trips to Prague and the Czech Republic, many ski resorts, glorious mountain trails & the resort of Szklarska Poreba. The room is situated in the big house on a private property with other 2 chalets . We can accommodate up to 30 people in total. There is plenty of space in our gardens & kiddies play area for all. For long lazy days and quiet evenings staying in, there is a big terrace perfect for a BBQ and plenty of space for children to play. The gardens have spectacular views of the mountains and comfortable furniture. The room is next to the small kitchen with basic equipment - microwave and fridge-freezer, plates. Kitchen is shared with guests from room next door. There are also excellent places to dine out a short stroll away. During the summer we have a large outdoor swimming pool. Obviously children must be supervised when using the pool. We have a sauna in the grounds which is available to you at a small supplement. Simply book the sauna with your host who will be happy to prepare the sauna at your convenience. Dogs are very welcome – please contact us in advance if you would like to bring your pet dog with you. The entire room with toilet and shower are at your disposal, as well as the playground area for children and swimming pool in the summer. You will share kitchen with the guests from next door.Ample parking is provided for our guests. The sauna needs to be booked at a small extra cost. Once you have arrived, collected your keys & settled in your holiday can begin. If you require any assistance at all there are people on hand to offer help & advice on local attractions, travel issues & nearby amenities. It would be ideal to have a car but we are in a walking distance of the bus stop as well. On arrival you will find the studio clean and ready. If you notice that anything is not up to the high standards we strive to maintain – please let us know as soon as possible. In the winter studio is heated with a central heating. We are only 6 km far from the nearest ski resort, Karpacz, which is ideal for beginners and children. Our House, Karkonoska Chatka, is located in a small village called Kostrzyca. Keep in mind that we are located in the village of Kostrzyca on the 367 main route. When you arrive you can check in with us at the main house or collect your keys as pre-arranged.
