This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Groningen. It is located at 'the' park of Groningen; "The Noorderplantsoen". The park essentially forms the heart of the city. In the neighborhood you will find tables, plants and mood lighting on the street. The combination with the old characteristics makes it a cozy neighborhood. This beautiful characteristic green neighborhood is also located centrally.
