This studio apartment is large and bright with a king-sized bed, fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable sofa, en-suite shower room and its own entrance. All bed linen (100% cotton) and towels provided. The mini kitchen area has everything you need with kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge together with plates, cutlery etc. Access is down two steps with no handrail and then up a flight of (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a dining table and chairs for eating. A large sofa and TV/DVD player and wifi access makes the room very practical for someone spending the working week away from home. Also ideal for tourists who want to be away from the bustle of staying in the city, it is located in the village of Over just a 15 minute drive from Cambridge. Guests have their own private entrance with space to hang coats and leave shoes by the door. The room is up a single flight of stairs. There is an en-suite shower room with two steps down to the toilet and sink. Parking is on the street in front of the apartment, where the host also parks their car, quiet and safe. We live in the adjoining house but in these Covid times we would rather not greet you in person. We will give you a code for a keysafe. We are around much of the time should you have any problems, and reachable by text. Over is a small village just outside Cambridge, just a short drive from the historic university town, and also very easy for visits to Ely, St. Ives and the Imperial War museum at Duxford. For business guests we are extremely convenient for Buckingway Business Park and Norman's Way Estate, with easy links to Cambridge city center, science park and Cavendish labs. Lots of countryside walks in the surrounding area. There is a general store opposite and the village pub two doors away, and other local pubs and takeaway options a short drive away. 10 mins by car from Junction 25 on the A14. Guided busway into Cambridge just a short five minute drive away, or a pleasant 15 minute walk through the orchards. Also easy access to the cycle path along the busway. Good cycling area with the new busway cycle route into Cambridge and out to St. Ives and great for walking. Easy parking right outside the studio, or off street parking by arrangement. The accommodation is located in a traditional Victorian house. There is a small travel agents at the front of the house and the room is above that with its own entrance around the back of the house. Lovely countryside walks in the area.
