There is a large garden and plenty of off-road parking. Situated in remote countryside, on the slopes of South Barrule, near Cringle Plantation, with magnificent views down to Castletown and the southern coastline, Kerroobeg can accommodate 4 people in 2 comfortable bedrooms, with a luxurious bathroom, cosy living / dining room, fully fitted kitchen and large sunroom. There are sofas, coffee tables and good lighting. Living Room / Dining Area This has an original Manx dresser, comfortable sofas, large coffee table, Smart TV and DVD player with Freesat, good lighting for reading, and a dining table seating 6. The Bedrooms Both bedrooms have thick carpets with superb quality beds and Egyptian cotton bedlinen. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Bedroom One has a Kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has twin zip and link beds which can be made into a Super King if requested. The Bathroom This is fully-tiled, with bath, separate walk-in shower, and good quality toiletries and fluffy towels. The Kitchen The large kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven with induction hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, and plenty of equipment and a large worktop space, with ample, good quality china, glassware and cutlery. The Hall There is a large hall with plenty of hanging space and a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. The Outside There is a large garden with seating, and a parking area Guests can access the whole of the cottage Guests can ring me with any problems Kerroobeg is an original Manx cottage located in a very peaceful, rural setting, with magnificent views of the southern coastline, ideal for walkers and birdwatchers. The cottage is 5 miles from the nearest TT viewing area (Ballacraine); about 5 miles from Castletown and the airport, and 9 miles from Douglas sea terminal. A car or motorbike is useful for getting to the cottage. Ordnance survey map no. 95 covers the Isle of Man. Dogs are not allowed. A miniumum of 3 nights' stay is required During TT2019 and subsequent TT fortnights, bookings for the whole fortnight ONLY will be taken
