A large en-suite bedroom in a Georgian family home with 1 double bed & 1 double sofa bed. Able to host more with double mattress on floor. For large numbers please enquire at time of booking as we can possibly accommodate in other rooms.. Located in a semi rural village, close driving/cycling distance to Woburn , Centre Parcs, Woburn Safari Park & Woburn Abbey. ***COVID-19 UPDATE. PLEASE READ BEFORE ENQUIRING*** - The pool is open in the summer months and will be for your personal use whilst staying with us. You will not be sharing with any family or other guests. We can provide fridge space if needed and use of a microwave. - Because families are having holidays in the uk in larger groups, we can provide additional bedrooms if needed. If you have a larger group (6-8) and would prefer your group to be split into separate rooms, we can provide this for an additional charge, please enquire. Thanks Great for anyone visiting the Bedfordshire countryside. We are situated in a very tranquil village, just a 10 minute drive away from the beautiful Woburn Abbey, Safari and deer park. It is best to have a car or bicycles as we are in a rural area. The local train station is about 3 miles away and has trains direct to Luton Airport, London, St Albans & Bedford. Breakfast is usually served in the dining room. On hotter days, we can arrange for you to eat outside. We will usually leave you to enjoy the space without interruption. Of course for any help needed we are available at any time, but otherwise will leave you to your privacy. Very tranquil village set in beautiful countryside. Popular with horse riders and cyclists. Perfect for a short break away! ***PLEASE NOTE*** We are in a semi rural area, and the closest shops/restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive away. We can sometimes offer help for those without a car, but please consider this when booking. It is best to have a car/bikes as the closest shops or public transport is a couple of miles away. There are also local taxi companies and we can assist also if needed. At the moment we have no extra keys available for guests, but there will always be someone around to let you in, whatever the time! PETS. Dogs are welcome, at a charge of £10. If more than one animal, we will be happy to work something out with you.
