Two story home in safe and quiet neighborhood. Close to State highway 99 and Interstate 5 Close by surrounding hospitals: Doctor’s Hospital Manteca Kaiser Hospital Manteca Doctor’s Hospital Modesto Sutter Memorial Medical Center Modesto Kaiser Hospital Modesto Central Valley Speciality Hospital Modesto Dameron Hospital Stockton St.Joseph’s Hospital Stockton San Joaquin General Hospital Stockton Manteca about 10-15 minute drive Modesto about 15-20 minute drive Stockton 18-25 minute drive Guest will occupy first level. Shared rooms are laundry room, kitchen, and family room. Front door keypad I work 12 hour day shifts 3-6 days a week. My husband works out of town and comes home about 2 days per week. Interactions with guest will be rare. I am a friendly person, but very career oriented. I am an empty nester. My son may be around occasionally to help me with the dogs. He doesn’t live on the property. I am available mostly by text message. You will have a very private and quiet stay in my home. I basically keep to my own business. Quiet and Safe neighborhood. Many people take walks or runs around the neighborhood. Multiple parks close by as well as churches.
