150 REVIEW’S as a Superhost! Thank you. My newly refurbished house is a calm and cosy environment if you need a place to chill out when in Chelmsford. If you are in town for business or pleasure the house has everything you need. Location The house is centrally located on a quiet road around 0.4 miles walk to Chelmsford Train Station, Bus Station and Town Centre. The trains are regular every 8 – 10 minutes (incl to Stratford, London Liverpool St & the London Airports) so no need to panic! Both bedrooms are bright with new highly comfortable beds and come fully equipped. The brand new bathroom is to high spec with waterfall shower and large L shape bath. There is also a brand new kitchen with everything you need. There is a large dining room table if you enjoy cooking or entertaining or need to spread out your work papers. There is a comfy sofa and Sky TV to watch after a hard days work or if you’ve had a long travel. Free high speed WiFi is available for use. Guests have access to all areas of the house these include, lounge, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom and garden. Free Parking available on request in advance (as the house is so close to the station & town, the roads surrounding the house are permit parking only). Check in times are shown but are not restricted to therefore I am happy to discuss and try and accommodate times that suit your requirements. Access to the house is via a Keybox in which holds the house keys. This gives guests even greater flexibility on when they wish to check in & out. I enjoy communicating with all guests and welcoming them to my home. I know the surrounding area very well and am more than happy to give recommendations for places to visit and dine. I will do whatever I can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are also regular buses direct to Anglia Ruskin University (close by), Broomfield Hospital (15 mins) and Stansted Airport (30-40mins). The town centre is a short walk from the station and has everything you could need including a new John Lewis, many bars and restaurants, everyman & odeon cinemas and a theatre. My neighbours are very kind and quiet and I expect all guests to have the same respect when staying. In high season the house is available for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
