The Hay Yard comprises of two properties - The Hay Barn and the Hay Loft. When rented together the properties sleep 8. Perfect for extended families or 2 groups of friends. Both barns sleep 4 when rented separately (please see separate listings for more information). The converted barns are situated in their own private gated grounds in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located next to the village cricket ground, pub and church and a five minute drive to Haslemere. The Hay Barn has a fully fitted kitchen, living room with sofa bed, smart TV and wood burner. The barn enjoys full central heating for the winter months and a ceiling fan for the summer months. The bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed, luxury bed linens, robes and towels. The bathroom (recently renovated) has a walk in shower and heated towel rail. One well behaved dog is welcome in the kitchen area only of the Hay Barn (£20 one off fee per dog). The Hay Loft is an open plan style barn conversion. It has a fully fitted kitchen with small breakfast bar. The living room has a sofa bed, a flatscreen 50 inch smart TV and full central heating. The bedroom is upstairs on the mezzanine level, and has a king size bed. Please note, the bedroom is not suitable for those with mobility issues, as access is up a ladder style staircase. The bathroom, has a heated towel rail and a walk in shower. No dogs are allowed in The Hay Loft. Both barns have WiFi throughout. Externally, automated gates lead onto a landscaped driveway where parking is available for 3 cars and there is a decked area with outdoor seating in the courtyard. Dogs are not allowed in The Hay Loft. One well behaved dog is allowed in the kitchen area only of The Hay Barn.
