The Annex is a delightful well-appointed, 2 bedroom, wheelchair friendly self-contained extension to our home with dedicated private access. Our property is located on the outskirts of the traditional village of Kelvedon in Essex. Whether you are coming for a relaxing weekend getaway, meeting friends and family, coming for a wedding or family celebration in the area or wanting to stay longer, a warm and friendly welcome awaits you. The Annex is set a kilometer down a private drive away from main roads surrounded by peaceful country walks. Walk in through your own front door directly into the open plan living space with comfy sofa and chairs, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances. The main bedroom has an en suite WC and wash hand basin and the main bathroom is fully tiled wet room, accessible shower with handrails. We will interact with our guests as much or as little as you require. We will be at home during each visit to assist you should you require any recommendations on where to go, what to do, where to eat, local walks and anything else you may need. A welcome pack of home-made bread, butter, milk, tea and coffee awaits you but do let us know if you require anything more.
