This charming building was once a hay barn on a farm in the Tuscan countryside. Now it is a lovely home with a swimming pool right outside the front door and a tennis court to the right. Tucked under the shade of a nearby tree are a table and chairs for an al-fresco dining spot. The ground floor is all living space, with a kitchen tucked into a corner and a fireplace taking centre stage for visits in the shoulder season. On the left as you enter, a spiral staircase takes you upstairs to two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both air-conditioned. This floor also has a shower-room (i.e. a bathroom with no bath) and a small sitting room overlooking the pool.
