2 bedrooms, 4-6 persons, relaxation and recreation is our priority. The 89 square meter apartment is located in the attic of our house in a very quiet location on the edge of a residential area with free view into nature. Access to the apartment via a separate external staircase. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 2 sofa beds in the living room provide accommodation for up to 6 people. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished. Our fair deal: there are no set OTHER CHARGES! - that means for you: including towels, bed linen, final cleaning, water, electricity, heating, free Wi-Fi, 2 bicycles, free parking. Interiors: Both bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers all possibilities for self-catering and the dishwasher will save you the dishes. The bathroom is equipped with shower, corner bath, toilet, sink, washing machine, a large mirror and plenty of storage space. In the spacious living room has 2 comfortable Sofa's, dining table with 6 leather chairs, a computer station and a lot of consumer electronics. The hi-fi equipment not only allows the playback of CD and MP3, but you can also play 'your' music through the USB port and SD card. Enjoy DVD and satellite TV on our 42 'HD flat screen TV. Books, board games, game collections, playing cards and puzzles are available. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment. For smokers, however, is the balcony or a smoking corner. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available on the property sufficient. Outside: The balcony offers six seating, table, sunbathing and of course the wonderful view of the historical romance hotel "Schloss Landsberg 'and into nature. On our large grounds include a seating area with deck area, sun lounger, seating and a barbecue for our delicious Thuringian bratwurst available. For your children, our large playground, horizontal bar, slide and many children vehicles invites you to play. Furthermore, you may like a ping pong table and a small multi-functional table with u. Access to the apartment via a separate external staircase. 2 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the living room can accommodate up to 6 people. The bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 are 2 (if needed 3 single beds). Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV. For infants there are two travel cots and two highchairs available. (Please show requirements!) The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and clothes drying facilities. Toilet paper is sufficiently available. Towels are provided. The kitchen is fully satisfying equipped. You will find a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker and of course all kitchen utensils. A basic equipment of spices, coffee powder and coffee filters, and Spültabs are available.  The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished. Free Wi-Fi is available. Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
