As often or as little as you like! We will try to be on hand to greet you on arrival and orient you about your stay. We love to meet people and will be available to help when needed so if you need to plan a trip into town or want to know where the best pub lunch is please let us know, but we also understand and respect our guests need for privacy. Several train stations are close by within a 30 min walk taking you into town, London Southend Airport plus the other great attractions in Essex. There is a bus stop within a 2 minute walk with buses every 2 hours taking you into the heart of historic Southend on Sea.
