This beautifully converted, well-equipped, scrupulously clean, stone barn is set in tranquil, picturesque countryside (national park) close to the village of Manorbier with its renowned surfing (sandy) beach, stunning coastal path, small family-owned local pub and post office shop. The house is spacious and equipped to a high standard while still maintaining its character. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and an additional shower room. A luxurious space for six people with expected facilities such as good wi-fi. The house is light and airy in the summer and underfloor heating also makes for a cosy winter-break. There is a large, private garden and an expansive patio and seating area from which the stunning views as far as the sea can be appreciated and on which there is plenty of room for a hot tub which can be hired locally, if desired. Car parking for up to four vehicles is adjacent to the house The stone barn is part of a small, local family farm. A new addition are a small group of alpacas. A lovely experience can be booked and spent on a guided walk through the farm fields and countryside with these adorable animals. There are 2 other holiday lets located on the farm a short walk away which can hold 2 (The Bakehouse) and 6 persons ( The Orchard) respectively . The destination of Pembrokeshire is a delight for a holiday location. Pembrokeshire coastal path is world-renowned for its stunning views and the entire national park countryside is a beautiful, relaxing surrounding in which to escape and walk. (Well behaved, clean dogs are permitted to stay at the cottage). Tenby, with its beaches, harbour, artisan shops and restaurants is a 10 minute drive. There are numerous, beautiful beaches (and 3 castles!) within a 5-20 minute drive of the holiday barn. On a rainy day for children, within a 10 minute drive there is Heatherton activity centre and Anna Ryder-Richardson’s Manor Park Farm. The thrills of Oakwood or The Blue Lagoon or Folly Farm may appeal to many family members – approximately 15minute drive. Other local activities include Coasteering, Fishing trips, Trips to Caldey island and there are lots of wonderful free activities such as crabbing at Lawrenny quay, stepping stones at Carew and walking across the beautiful lily ponds at Bosherston.
