Bright,spacious room , free parking, dogs welcome

Quiet single room in family home in Penicuik. Just 10 miles south of Edinburgh with excellent bus connection into the city centre. The room has it's own entrance and bathroom, it's a new addition to my house. It's a bright friendly room, you also have a fridge, kettle with choice of coffee and teas and a microwave. You have a room with your own bathroom separate entrance. In the warmer months you can enjoy a cuppa on the decking or get out into the garden. I am directly next door, so whenever a problem occurs just knock on our door or give me a call!
