Rosehaven on Orange

Alabama has glorious Fall weather into December. Enjoy Sandy white beaches 25 minutes away, OWA amusement park five minutes, Tanger outlet 7 minutes and Fairhope tourist town 25 minutes away. Stay in antique filled cozy cottage a five minute walk from parks, antique shops, three coffee shops and five restaurants. Walk-in doctor office across the street and an emergency dentist 1/2 a block. Rosehaven is perfect for participating in tournaments as the sports complex only 5 minutes away. Rosehaven was built in 1944 and has the original wood floors. For an old home it has a nice open floor plan and arches. Enjoy the antiques and oriental rugs, conversation spaces in each room, front porch and back deck. My house is your house! You have the entire house and enclosed back yard. I like to give guests their space. I wld like to start communication with text and use phone if there are complications. I live in a Studio apartment in back of the property. Rosehaven is one block off of the city center. Foley is a developing family town and is growing. Only two cars/trucks per booking can park in the driveway. If there are any other cars/trucks they have to park on the street. All pets have to be cleared by host first. Sorry, no cats because of allergies. There are doggy doors for small dogs n completely fenced in back yard. In yr first contact with Rosehaven please include the following information: 1. Breed of dog 2. How tall and the weight and age 3. Can you comply with the following: 1. Pet cleaning fee of $50 per dog. 2. Will you kennel the dogs when you leave the house, 3. will you clean up the yard before you leave, 4. if there are accidents will you clean them up, 5. Will you keep the dogs off the furniture n beds? 6. There is a pet fee because of the extra cleaning- $50 per dog
