The Loft, Whitebeams, spacious modern apartment

Located in the Test Valley, Awbridge near Romsey and the New Forest. A perfect location to Winchester, Salisbury and Southampton. A newly furnished and decorated first floor apartment. Equipped to a high standard and with central heating, parking in a electric gated driveway. The loft has a fully equipped kitchen and downstairs bathroom has large shower. The loft provides a large relaxing space for 4 guests. With two bedrooms and open plan living. Towels, bedding provided. High chair The Loft is entire upstairs of the owners garage and studio block. It has a staircase and a stair gate at the top. Unfortunately we do not accept dogs. WIFI. but speed is slow because we are in the countryside. Guests will be welcomed on arrival and once in will be left to enjoy their stay. We will be on hand if required. Located near the Test Way there are a number of walks from our house and for the more adventurous the cycling is brilliant. We are 5 mins from Mottisfont (National (Website hidden by Airbnb) Romsey there are 'The Rapids' which provide great entertainment on a wet day and a very historic abbey. Throughout the summer months there are lots of things that go on across the valley and we are happy to provide suggestions for days out. We are less than 10mins away from Peppa Pig world, Marwell Zoo is less than 30mins drive as is Stonehenge and Beaulieu. We are less than 10 mins drive to the New Forest. Within 25 mins you can visit the historic cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury. The Christmas markets and all year round choice of restaurants are excellent. Southampton is 20 mins away and fantastic for shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Car is required We do not provide breakfast. We will provide tea, coffee, milk and a locally made cake for your arrival. The property is only to be used by paying guests, no visitors allowed.
