Within the property there are two bedrooms including a king-size and a twin with zip/link features (which can be a super-king-size upon request). There is also a kitchen, and a sitting/dining area with a woodburning stove. To the front of the property is a large lawned area, as well as ample off-road parking. Rowan Cottage makes a wonderful base for a family or two couples to explore this exciting area of Scotland. Amenities: Biomass underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric range cooker with 5 ring hob and plate warmer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi, and a selection of games. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.5 miles, pub 3.8 miles. Note: Wet room with electric under floor heating, slate lined shower, etc Biomass central heating and wood burning stove. Note: This property does not accept children under 5 years old due to it being situated close to farmland and livestock. Please Note: Due to this property having a Biomass heating system, there is £25.00 fuel charge per week. Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam. Town: Huntly can be found situated within Speyside, surrounded by the marvellous Scottish countryside and plenty of activity. Boasting history at its centre in its Standing Stones of Strathbogie and the Brander Museum, and its being part of the famous Whisky Trail, it offers something for everyone. Take a stroll through the Clashindarroch Forest, or dive into adventure with some roller skiing. Close to the town of Keith with even more exciting attractions, Huntly is a great base for your Scottish adventure.
