House by the sea in a light pine forest

Our little paradise is in the light pine forest. In 4 minutes on foot through the light pine forest you reach the private beach. The house has several outside seats. A covered logia provides cool shade in summer. The house consists of three bedrooms with 3 beds each. The small room has a bunk bed, in the middle room there is a double bed, the third bed can be opened. In the large room there is a French bed next to the double bed. There are two bathrooms with a shower .. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small dining table. The cozy bright living room leads directly to the outside. The new warm air fireplace spreads cozy warmth. Several parking spaces are available. A bike path leads to Castiglione. 2 bicycles are available.
