GROUND FLOOR A home set on a beautiful crescent street, the ground floor of this home has an open plan entrance, living, dining and kitchen, with a downstairs WC and utility area. ENTRANCE & LIVING ROOM This property enters on to a hallway and the living area is on the left. With a stove fireplace, there are bookshelves either side. There is a desk and chair on the opposite wall. Follow the room around the corner, there is a leather sofa, armchair and television. A large window with doors looks out on to the luscious garden outside. There are wooden floors throughout. DINING AREA & KITCHEN On the other side of this reception room, is a dining table with chairs to seat around 6 guest comfortably. There are lovely views of the garden from here. The kitchen itself has everything you will need during your stay including a fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and toaster. GARDEN Under a lovely green canopy, there is plenty of outdoor seating including a table and chairs and a sofa with armchair as well. This overlooks the lawn area, with beautiful manicured lawn and plants around the edge. There is also a sun lounger for relaxing in the sun. WC & UTILITY Next to the living area, is a downstairs WC, as well as the washing machine/tumble dryer for convenience. FIRST FLOOR Upstairs on the first floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) MASTER BEDROOM with en—suite The master bedroom has a beautiful velvet green king sized bed, a real luxury! With lovely floral artwork on the walls and a bookshelf. There is also a chest of drawers, large mirrored wardrobe and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has green mosaic tiles, with a shower, WC and sink, as well as a heated towel rail. SECOND BEDROOM This bedroom has a double bed to sleep 2 guests, a wardrobe for storage. There are more views of the garden as well! THIRD BEDROOM Another bedroom, with cornflower blue decor, comprises a double bed, beside table, a chair and a wardrobe. This room also has an original fireplace and chest of drawers. BATHROOM Upstairs to the bathroom, with turquoise mosaic tiles, there is a bath with overhead shower, WC and sink.
