It has stunning views over surrounding farmland, previously having been a working barn Accommodation is on a Bed and Breakfast basis. No children under 16 or pets are allowed. The price of £135 for this twin room is £135 per night and includes full breakfast. The Granary has another twin room listed under The Granary C and a king size double listed under The Granary B. The property sleeps 6 in total. This bedroom is of an exceptionally high standard having built in wardrobes/underfloor heating/TV/Coffee and Tea making facilities/Hairdryer/fully fitted carpets and en suite shower room with large heated towel rails. The bedroom is located along a long corridor well away from the owner's living accommodation giving privacy. Breakfast is provided in the owners very spacious kitchen/dining and living area overlooking the gardens and farmland. Guests are welcome to use the owner's large lounge which has a large wood burner/views over the garden and surrounding countryside and use of the 55 inch Smart TV. Free fibre to the house wi fi is available throughout the house to guests giving upload and down load speeds of 100mps. Guests can also use the large garden that has planted borders and high quality seating. If required guests can also use the kitchen for drink making and snacks if required and have use of the fridge/freezer. The owners like interact with guests to ensure that all aspects of their stay are of an extremely high standard Essendine is 4.5 miles from the famous Georgian Town of Stamford which boasts many high class independent shops and restaurants. Burghley House is just 5 miles away and famous for hosting many events including the Internationally Acclaimed Burghley Horse Trials. 2 miles distant is Tolethorpe Hall which each summer hosts a season of outdoor Shakespear Plays and other productions. Rutland Water is just 10 miles distant and provides fly fishing for Trout/sailing/other water based activities and walking. The area is also ideal for cycling and walking. Upon prior arrangement the owner can offer river fly fishing for trout on the nearby Rivers Welland and Gwash A car is advisable but there is a bus service from the village into Stamford and Bourne. A taxi service is available. Stamford has its own rail station with direct services to Birmingham/Leicester/Cambridge/Peterborough and Stansted Airport Dinner can be provided if required . Parking is on the property's drive and garage parking is available by request. No boats/caravans/trailers or horse boxes can be parked on the property. No smoking or Pets are allowed nor are children under 16.
