The villa is perfectly located on a gorgeous hill next to the main port of Andros, Gavrion. The quality of this place is remarkable, been one of the newest builds of the island. Its elegant and minimal decoration, while you manage to admire a spectacular ocean view throughout the house will captivate you. The exterior of the house I built exactly to be adapted on the spirit of the island and the surroundings, with the combination of wood, stone and glass. The wide pergola will keep you cool, for dining and having a sip of your cocktail outside. A fully equipped barbeque next to the patio is ideal for have quality time with friends and family. The rooms in the interior of the house are spacious and delicate. The simplicity and the pleasant aesthetic on the way they were being decorated is impressive. The entrance of the house drives you to the large living room with the comfortable sofa bed that accommodates either 1 adult or 2 kids. This space is equipped with a Led TV and a cosy sitting area, while having the opportunity with the French style windows to admire the seascape and the sun. Separated from the living room, is the ergonomically designed kitchen with all the essential appliances. The Modern Classic styled bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. And lastly the main bedroom which has two large beds, which sleeps two adults, and plenty of natural light concludes our Villa. Along with the previous benefits of the location, you have the easiest access to ferries that take you to the islands of Tinos, Mykonos, Santorini and several others with many departures every day. In order to fully appreciate and explore the beauty of the island a car is essential. With plenty of rental companies around the port it is easy to find a car at the right price. Although for those that would like the option of not having a car, taxis around the port can drive you from the town to the house and the closest beaches as everything is around 10 minutes
