Great weekend escape to newly renovated lake house. Plenty of space for large families or groups, & comfortably accommodates up to 12. RV / Boat parking available on site. Guests will have access to the 3 community pools. Plenty of activities nearby including two 18-hole championship golf courses, unlimited fun at the marina, family friendly activities, hiking trails, easy access to Sugar Loaf Mountain, & everything that Greers Ferry Lake has to offer! No checking in at a front desk! Easy access with digital front door entry. Enjoy the home’s open-concept living room and kitchen where you can continue to visit with family & friends from every room. Plenty of seats at our 6-person dining table, plus extra seating around the kitchen’s coffee station and adjacent outside deck. Do as much or little cooking as you want with our fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of bath towels and extra bed sheets stored in the hallway & bonus room closets. The expansive bonus room offers plenty of room for a fun game night and, holds 2 full-sized bunk beds and a queen air mattress. We also have a pack in play located in the closet. You can stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. on each of the 3 smart TVs with Roku in the living room and bedroom. No need to over pack, feel free to use the laundry room. Enjoy grilling out under the deck, and stay cozy by the fire pit. We are always available via phone, text, and email with any questions you may have. There are multiple opportunities to enjoy the outdoors with disc golf, mini golf, hiking trails & caves, playgrounds, and 3 community pools.
