Leeside Self Catering Cottage

A private cosy three bed cottage. Set in Aysgarth in beautiful Wensleydale. The cottage consists of a double bedroom, a single room if booked, we can also offer another single bed with full size mattress that goes into the double room if booked. shower room, lounge and small kitchen. Parking for one car. Dogs aloud, must be booked in before arrival.we have a surcharge of £15.00 per dog per stay duration. In walking distance ( 800 yards ) to Aysgarth Falls and many other wonderful walks. Private peaceful calming space to recharge your self. Breakfast is provided for your first night only as a welcome treat ( you cook it yourselves) as the cottage is self catering so any other food must be brought by yourself. We do have a selection of toys in the cottage for our younger guests to play with. cottage comprising of a double bedroom, single if booked and we can provide a wooden single bed with full sized mattress that we can pop up in the double room ( can sleep 4 people) shower room with a shower curtain,lounge with open fire ( one bucket of coal and one basket of logs included) small kitchen. There is a TV and DVD player with a selection of films to view, feel free to bring your favourite film, sky tv available. Parking for one car. If you would like the single room as well as double with only two people staying we have a surcharge of £10 to cover the laundry and cleaning of that room payable on arrival and please let me know on booking your requirements. The garden is out of use for guests I’m afraid. Breakfast only provided for first night. This is a quirky old miners cottage and not a 5* hotel. I am a glass artist and we do offer a beginners course if you would like more info please send me a message (Email hidden by Airbnb) This is entirely up to the guests. Your continental breakfast including granola,cereals, home made bread for toast, local farm shop bacon and our very own free range eggs ( as long as the girls are performing! ) jams and tea and coffee, orange juice are in your kitchen so unless you need us please make yourself at home. This is provided for the first night of your stay and you cook it yourselves. If you have any dietary needs please let us know and we can try to provide for you. We can also try and help out for special occasions if you wanted flowers, wine etc at additional costs. Aysgarth is a small quiet village with two pubs,a tea room and a garage with a great shop. During the Christmas period there are many local Christmas markets etc in nearby villages including Grassington, Skipton etc. We have a bus stop in the village so you can hop on to take in sights further a field. There is also a local taxi firm. We do allow dogs with a surcharge of £15.00 per dog for the stay payable on arrival please. We have a fish and chip van comes into the village on a Tuesday at 6:20 pm extremely good 😌
