Newly refurbished 1 bedroom upstairs flat above Spar grocery store in the centre of this charming village. There is a separate bathroom, kitchen and living room/dining room. Kitchen is fitted with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron and ironing board and washing machine. We can arrange for storage of bikes or pushchairs on request. Travel Cot, highchair, booster seat, baby bath, changing mat and a small selection of toys available on request. There is no designated parking but street parking outside and opposite. Access at street level but stairs up to the flat itself. If you require fresh pastries or scones for breakfast you can place an order with the grocery store below the flat. Access to the whole property The host will be available to meet guests at the beginning of their stay and accessible throughout. Ideal location in the heart of Wylam, with convenience store downstairs baking fresh products daily. Four pubs serving food, a coffee shop and two restaurants all within walking distance. Walking and cycling routes on the doorstep as well as a river for fishing. Railway enthusiasts are also catered for with the George Stephenson Museum close by. Close House home to the British Masters 2020 is a mere 5 minute car journey away and ideal for golfers of all standards. Walks along Hadrians wall are esily accessible and transort can be arranged on request. Newcastle is 10 miles away by train, bus or car. Hexham is also another town worth a visit which is close by and accessible by train and bus. There are a huge number of places of interest and family activities near by. The glorious Northumberland Coastline is also not far away. There is no smoking or pets in any part of the house. We take £100 deposit, which is refunded on inspection of property after departure.
