On the ground floor there is fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining sitting room. Up two steps there is the first of three ensuite bedrooms, the other two are upstairs on the first floor. All three bedrooms can be set up as either twins or doubles. Outside, there is a large private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. To the side of the house there is a communal laundry room with a toilet. This along with the half-acre garden that surrounds three sides of the house, the shaded play area and pool are shared with La Fermiere (property number 8843865). The 11m x 5m heated pool with its retractable cover means that swimming is possible in all weathers from when it opens at Easter until it closes in October. The pool area is surrounded by a fence and alarmed when the lockable cover is removed. At only five kilometres from Languidic with its supermarket, bakeries and restaurants, Le Pressoir is ideally located for both those that wish to have a lazy holiday lounging by the pool and those that wish to explore the many different excursions the Morbihan offers including beaches within half an hour of the property.
