Beach Hut (Day use only, no overnight stays)

Please note that there are combination locks on the hut so you can arrive and leave when you like. For some reason check in is saying 3pm, which I’ve tried to change with no success as yet! Please note the hut is only for day trips. You overnights stays are not allowed in the hut. There is no electricity or water. So you will need to bring your own. The hut is situated just a few hundred yards along from the famous Blue Bird Cafe on Ferring beach. There are public toilets near the cafe and there is a large free car park behind the hut, although you need to get there early as it gets very busy in the summer. The hut has two reclining sun lounger chairs, a variety of floor cushions, and seats. There is a fitted worktop at the back of the hut. There is a gas stove with a kettle. This is my hut that I use a lot too, so you will find a few personal items in there. There's a backgammon board, some dice, playing cards, buckets and spades, etc There is a windbreak and a mallet which you can put up around the edgings of the paving infant of the hut, that paving belongs to the hut also. I will be adding more photos soon, so you can get a better idea. Well behaved dogs are welcome at the hut, but they must be kept under control and not allowed to run around the other huts, there is a water bowl in the hut and some toys. There is enough room for four people to sit and enjoy the hut, please make sure you keep to just the huts area. My hut neighbours are lovely and I wish to keep a good relationship with them. You are welcome to bring portable BBQ's to the hut, but it goes without saying that these should be used safely and only outside. You will need to bring your own drinking vessels, plates and cutlery as there aren't any facilities to wash up in the hut. Also please bring a bag for your rubbish which you can dispose of in one of the car park bins. The hut has two combination locks, so I don't need to be there to greet. Occasionally I may be walking my dogs around there and might be able to if needed. I live locally so can be reached if needed. Ferring Beach is a beautiful spot, it's a pebble/shingle beach, but at low tide the sand is revealed and the sea is nice and shallow. The Blue Bird Cafe is an awesome cafe that serves great food to either eat in or take away. Beyond the cafe is Kingston Gorse. Day trips only. It’s a beach hut, so no overnight stays allowed. Please also note that this is a beach hut with now power or running water. It’s really not possible to keep it sand or dust free as it’s by the beach and sand and dust can just blow around in the air and get in even after it has been cleaned. There are times when it isn’t possible to get to the hit between guests so please leave it tidy with any rubbish removed.
