It is best suited for a romantic couple, but also for small families / groups of friends. The beach is 7 minutes by foot away and famous The Hope meze restaurant is reachable also within 7 minute walk. Fully air-conditioned & wifi available The house has been refurbished in 2015 & 2021 and is formed of two levels. At the ground flor there is a cozy bedroom, a smart bathroom and a large balcony with beautiful views & large bathtube. The first floor is occupied by a bright living room, an open space kitchen and the second panoramic-view balcony. Fans and air-conditioning machines exist in both rooms. High speed internet is available in the house at no charge. A pocket wifi can also be rented at extra cost. While the owner works & lives abroad, the process is designed for a smooth do-it-yourself experience. After your booking you will receive detailed house rules, tips and tricks, as well as the link to the house's social media page. The owner is reachable via social media, email, phone/SMS and few local friends can support in case of need. The house is situated in a very romantic cul-de-sac, in the traditional fishermen village of Kato Elounda. You neighbours are not only Greek but also Scottish, Swedish, French and English. There is a large (and free) parking area 150 meters away from the house, at the base of the hill. The road thereafter is either pedestrian or suitable for a very small car/scooter/bike. Please note that the Kato Elounda village (and therefore the house) is situated on a hill of medium difficulty to climb.
