Make this your perfect holiday and relax for a week or two enjoying this calm and peaceful cottage surrounded by open fields and their abundance of wildlife. This property is ideal for a couple, the individual business person, rambler, golfer or wedding guests visiting the area and wishing to maintain privacy with the benefits of luxurious home comforts. Entering into the cosy living room with dining area, this Suffolk country cottage is thoughtfully laid out for two guests. The Accommodation LIVINGROOM: With a stylish and comfortable sofa the living room has flat screen television with Blu-ray player and freeview channels. There is a dining table in this room, with Phillipe Starck Ghost Chairs. KITCHEN: The custom built kitchen is a great place to cook whilst staying sociable, with open doors through to the living space. With an induction hob, electric cooker, microwave and fridge, the kitchen is well furnished for all types of cooking. BEDROOM: The stylish bedroom is a comfortable space to relax. The room has a double bed, wardrobe for storage, dressing table and music system. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a bath with shower over the top, W.C. and hand basin. OUTSIDE: Enjoy the outside furniture with the freedom of the lawns and adjoining paddocks, barbecue facilities are available in these areas for outdoor entertaining. There is also a games room including a pool table, air hockey, table tennis and dartboard. There is a welcome pack inside each cottage with general information about the cottage, recommended places to visit and useful numbers. I allow guests to do their own thing however as I live within the grounds I am available if needed or you can contact me on my mobile. The cottages are set in a quiet, tranquil location with views over adjoining paddocks and fields. Although we are in a quiet location we are based centrally making us very accessible to explore Suffolk. We are only a 5 minute drive from nearby Needham Market and 10 minutes from Stowmarket. You will find a train station and bus stops at both of these villages. Parking throughout Needham Market is free. Alternatively there are plenty of taxi firms that will collect and drop you off. Chaff Cottage is perfect for couples to get away and relax or how about hosting family gatherings by booking all four cottages.
