Peaceful converted former stable near Spilsby

Self-catering cottage for 3 people in Hundleby, Lincolnshire. Open all year round. The cottage comprises a double bedroom, single bedroom, shower room and lounge/kitchen/diner. It is peacefully located close to Lincolnshire Wolds; only 1.5 miles from Spilsby and 13 miles from Skegness. All bed linen (duvets, blankets and sheets), towels and tea towels, water, WiFi, heating and electricity are included in the price. Oak tree cottage is on the edge of the lincolnshire wolds at the end of the village of Hundleby with farm land surroundings it. Just a around the corner from the cottage we have a hourly bus service to either Lincoln or Skegness.There is plenty of of safe off road parking .This year we have been granted a 3 star gold award . Our cottage is all on one level with just a low step when entering the property. We do have fairly low ceiling at about 6ft 2inchs but this does make our cottage very cosy according to our guests.Please be aware we are not wheel chair friendly due to this. We always try to make our guests feel welcome when staying with us with telephone number to contact us on.We only live 10 minutes away so any problems such they occur can be delf with. There is what we call our green book with all information regarding how to use the wifi ,cooker heating and shower washing machine and other items people may use in the cottage. We also have books with attraction in the area and for walkers footpaths routes Hundleby is a peaceful village close to the Lincolnshire Wolds. It has a pub in the village that serves food and drink. Spilsby is only 1.5 miles away, where an array of pubs, shops and local services can be found. The village is served by a bus which goes to the historic Cathedral city of Lincoln via the Antique town of Horncastle, and also to the seaside town of Skegness via Spilsby.
