The apartment comprises entrance door off the street, leading to a small vestibule and a communal stairway to the first floor. The door to apartment 1 is immediately in front of you as you reach the top of the stairwell. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink, WC, mirror, shelf, and wall mounted radiator. Soap, toilet paper, and bath linen are all provided The master bedroom has comfortable twin beds, chest of drawers, hanging rail, valet stand, lean-to mirror, hairdryer. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, valet stand, full-length mirror, hairdryer. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed for a short self-catered stay, including electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and dishwasher. Please note this apartment does not have a washing machine. The dining table accommodates four, and can double up as a good laptop work space The lounge area has flat screen TV, with BT TV and Broadband package, Freeview, and Netflix. There is free wi-fi throughout the apartment. The living area is cosy and inviting, just right for a convivial evening of conversation and/or relaxing in front of the TV. A welcome pack awaits you on arrival with the essentials of tea, coffee, including decaff, hot chocolate, milk, bottled water, jam and marmalade. You will be met on arrival to assist you into the apartment, and to answer any questions you may have. The picturesque village of Meriden, the historic centre of England, is a beautiful spot in which to stay if working in the area, or exploring the surrounding area, particularly given its close proximity to the region's major road, rail, and air links. Meriden offers a great choice of pubs with lovely restaurants, serving fabulous food, and all of them just a few minutes’ walk from the apartments.
