Les Hauts de Loire is a recently built gîte, adjoining the owners' house, located in a natural environment, 3 km from the banks of the Loire, in the town of Oudon ('Active et Sportive' town label), at 10 km from Ancenis and 30 km from Nantes. Large outdoor area of 5000m², enclosed and shared with the owners. Ground floor: living room / living room with open fitted kitchen, shower room and separate WC. Floor (mezzanine): an attic bedroom (160x200 bed). Additional equipment: wifi, combined microwave oven. Included: sheets (beds made on arrival). Not included: electricity, electric heating, towels and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning charge for professional customers (65 €). Near the gîte: many hiking trails, lake with supervised swimming (July / August), many vineyards with the designation 'Coteaux de la Loire'.
